Renee McGregor is a leading performance and eating disorder specialist dietitian. She works with elite athletes, coaches and sport science teams to provide nutritional strategies to enhance sport performance and manage eating disorders. Having provided nutrition support to athletes at the Olympic and Paralympic Games, and most recently, the Commonwealth Games 2017, Renee currently works with national governing bodies and professional endurance teams, including Scottish Gymnastics, The GB 24 hour running squad and Team Bottrill. Renee is also the Nutrition Lead for Anorexia and Bulimia Care, and part of the International Task Force for Orthorexia. She regularly contributes to radio and TV, including News Night and BBC 5 Live, and has spoken at The European Eating Disorder Society Annual Conference, Cheltenham Literature Festival, The Stylist Show and Google.
